These products were selected for those of us who workout and need to really clean our skin after working out.  I’m not the “glow” type of worker outer I’m the drenched in sweat girl and I need products that will help cleanse my skin without irritating.  This deep cleaning element is often find without harsh chemicals and added irritants.  Here are a few of my favorite products to use post sweat session.

  1. Body Polish – Removing dead skin prevents breakouts and keeps the skin soft and supple.  A must when you spend lots of time at the gym
  2. Face Wash – Recommended by my dermatologist because almost EVERYTHING makes me breakout.  The name alone should make you want to test it out if you have sensitive skin.
  3. Eye Makeup Remover – Gentle and Effective.  One of my favorite products out there
  4. Take It All Off – Meet the modern day cold cream
  5. Scrubber – Game changer.  I didn’t think I would like this item and hesitated on the price point but it definiltey makes my skin feel softer, look brighter and break out less.
  6. Mask – For me more sweating usually equals more breakouts and this mask helps prevent future breakouts.
  7. Eye Cream – Because logging those early hours at the gym or those extra hours on the treadmill lead to tired eyes.  Here is a fan favorite eye cream.
  8. Radiance Boost Trio – Mask, Oil and Lip Balm – essentials for travel especially with long flights
  9. Makeup Kit –  To keep my products organized I store all of them in this chic makeup kit.  You can easily wipe it down and throw it in your gym bag if you know you are showering after class.
  10. Lotion – Because I don’t want to be reminded of the gym when I’m not there.  I love Bobbi Brown’s Beach Fragrance, its subtle and fresh without being overwhelming.  And let’s be honest who doesn’t want to smell like the beach?

    1. There’s a feeling when a person receives a challenge coins, even if they already
have many in their collection. I’d love to take a while to tell you my story, I would like
to know whether you wish to hear it. I am new to
this blogging thing, but I have a endearing story to tell
      whether you have the opportunity.
Obviously, I am a former ombat soldier and that I made
it home alive. But just barely. Were a few
detours in my road home, rather than all of
our squad made it. I don’t need to bore you with the detail, or cause you to feel sorry for all of us.
We knew what we were becoming. But this makes for a
fantastic story and a lesson about what soldiers forfeit in the
area. I would like to know if you would like to hear more.
