Delicious and under 100 calories, I have started to incorporate OVI Hydration into my daily routine to stay well hydrated.

OVI Hydration

Its no surprise that I love to workout.  What might be surprising is that I love to workout in the summer’s super hot heat!  Yes folks, that’s right the hotter the better.  Heat provides an extra element of added intensity that I crave at each workout.  During the warmer months you really need to proceed with caution because with more sweat and more heat comes a higher chance for dehydration.  This is always a big concern of mine because I have never been a big water drinker.  The taste, or lack thereof, often deters me from drinking the liters I should be consuming every day.  Both Health Magazine and Runner’s World Magazine talk about the importance of properly hydrating your body.  But what’s a girl to do if she doesn’t like water?!

Lucky for me I discovered OVI Hydration.  This light and refreshing drink offers a hint of flavor with minimal calories and maximum hydrating ingredients.  While I still drink water, I supplement my daily intake with OVI to make sure I stay well hydrated.  To continue on the healthy path throughout the day I reach for OVI to avoid eating a sugary snack in the early afternoons.  I have even swapped out my happy hour cocktail for OVI on ice.  Even my husband is hooked.  While he prefers the Peach flavor, I love the Mandarin Lemon and we keep our fridge well stocked with all flavors so it is easily accessible.
