I LOVE working out! My motivation is to find balance in my life. Its my time to focus on me and get my mind set right before I start the day. It helps me to think clearer, act faster and be more productive. Currently, my favorite type of training is anything that combines cardio and weights in a group environment. I’m loving Hilliard Studio Method (that’s the HSM Signature Side Plank in the last picture) and FlyWheel in Charlotte. Even though I love working out and never see it as a chore I still have those off days where I contemplate skipping a workout. I find that keeping a cute workout outfit on hand always helps to give that little extra push that I need. Try buying a pair of pants in a bold color, interesting detail (like mine with mesh cut-outs) or in a fun print and pair with a bold colored tank.
